醋酸乙烯酯均聚乳液共聚改性的研究(Ⅰ)──醋酸乙烯酯与五种单体的乳液共聚合

摘    要:本文研究共聚乳液的聚合工艺条件,选择改性单体。实验结果用综合评分方法进行分析表明,醋酸乙烯酯与丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯三元共聚制得的乳液,对提高醋酸乙烯酯均聚乳液的耐水性胶接强度和其他性能的综合效果最好。醋酸乙烯酯与顺丁烯二酸酢或顺丁烯二酸的乳液共聚合反应很难正常进行,所得产物转化率低,无应用价值。

Abstract:Outcome of the summing- up marks shows that the water resistance,adhesivestrength and other properties of the terloymer can be improved greatly by using the acrylicacid,methacrylate and vinyl acetate. Copolymerization of vinyl acetate,maleic acid and maleicanhydride can not go on and the rate of transformation has no value.
