火焰原子吸收法测定化妆品中镉的研究

摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了兰州市周边乡镇地区农民常用的一些市售化妆品中微量元素镉的含量。结果表明:该方法检测限(2σ)为0.002 mg/L,回收率为96%~105%,相对标准差<1.5%,并且该方法简便、快速;相当数量化妆品中镉的含量超过国家标准。

Abstract:The flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to detect the cadmium content in cosmetics which was sold on market in peripheral town and rural area of Lanzhou City.The results indicated that the detection limit(2σ) of this method was 0.002 mg/L,the recovery rate was between 96% and 105%,the relative standard deviation was lower than 1.5%.The method was simple and fast.Detecting results also showed that the cadmium content in quite a lot of cosmetics was over national standard.
