| Abstract: | As a high-level ramification of information technology,the electronic monitoring technology gives facilities and bring value for many social organizations.It is widely used in every walk of life day by day. At the same time, it impacts human life in each aspect.This paper analyses the actualities of electronic monitoring,and discusses some social problems in it.At the end of paper,it points out that electro-monito bing some innovations for social ethics and privacy. |
