| 摘 要： | 目的]测定黔东南林区野生苗药一朵云的微量元素的的含量,为该地苗药资源开发和利用提供依据。方法]采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中微量元素锌、铁、镍、铜的含量。结果]样品中微量元素锌、铁、镍和铜的含量分别为41.40、587.42、2.31和5.91mg/kg。结论]苗药一朵云中含有适量的微量元素,值得进一步开发利用。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to determine the contents of trace elements in Botrychium ternatum of Miao medicine produced from the forest region in southeastern Guizhou Province,and provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of Miao medicine.Method]Contents of Zn,Fe,Ni and Cu in the samples were determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(FAAS).Result] The contents of the trace elements of Zn,Fe,Ni and Cu in the samples were 41.40,587.42,2.31 and 5.91 mg/kg,respectively.Conclusion]Botrychium ternatum contained appropriate amount of trace elements,thus it is worthy to be developed and utilized. |
