基于DEA的开发区企业土地利用效率分析

采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对安徽省舒城经济开发区45家企业土地利用的相对效率进行了评价。结果表明:舒城开发区企业总体的土地利用水平较高,有效值均值为0.933 9,有6家开发区企业DEA有效,运营良好,资源配置合理;其余的39家开发区企业非DEA有效,其中有3家企业处于规模效率递增态势,其余企业递减。通过对评价结果进行分析,可知数据包络分析方法在开发区企业土地利用效率评价上的运用是可行的,它可以使管理部门更好的了解开发区土地资源的利用现状,为完善相应的政策和规划提供依据。

Analysis of Land Use Efficiency of Enterprises in Development Zones Based on DEA

Based on Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA),this paper evaluated the land use efficiency of 45 enterprises in Shucheng development zone of Anhui Province.And the results showed that the overall land use level in Shucheng development zone is high with the average effectiveness of 0.933 9,but the DEA of only six enterprises is effective and in good operation state with rational resources distribution;that of other 39 enterprises is ineffective,among which three are in the trend of increasing return of scale.By analyzing the DEA results,we can see that DEA model is feasible in computing and evaluating the land use efficiency of the enterpriss in development zone.What is more,it is helpful for government to know the development status of the land resources and to improve land policy and planning.
