| 摘 要： | 采用文献分析法,对我国发表在各种核心期刊上的69篇有关新生代农民工就业问题的研究文献进行了分析,总结了当前国内新生代农民工就业问题的研究现状,重点对新生代农民工的内涵、就业困境以及解决困境的对策进行了评述,在此基础上提出了今后研究的努力方向。

| Abstract: | With the literature analysis method,the sixty-nine papers about the empolyment of new generation of migrant workers published in core periodicals were analyzed,and the research status was summarized,the measures focusing on the connotation,empolyment difficulties and solutions of migrant workers were evaluated,based on which the future research direction was pointed out. |
