松蘑提取液对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠抗氧化作用的研究

摘    要:目的]研究松蘑提取液对D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠的抗氧化作用。方法]将50只小鼠随机分成空白对照组、模型组和松蘑提取液低、中、高剂量组,采用D-半乳糖复制衰老模型,试验6周后处死动物,测定血清、脑及肝脏中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果]松蘑提取液可明显提高衰老小鼠血清、脑及肝脏中的SOD和GSH-Px的活性,降低MDA的含量,且呈剂量依赖性。结论]松蘑提取液有一定的抗衰老作用,其机制可能与抗氧化作用有关。

Antioxidant Effects of Tricholoma matsutake Extracting Solution on Aging Mice Induced by D-galactose

Abstract:Objective] To study the antioxidant effects of Tricholoma matsutake extracting solution on aging mice induced by D-galactose.Method] 50 mice were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,low-dose group,middle-dose group,and high-dose group.Aging mice were induced by D-galactose and they were killed after six weeks.The SOD activity,GSH-Px activity and MDA content in mice serum,bran and liver were detected.Result] T.matsutake extracting solution could significantly enhance the SOD activity and GSH-Px activity in mice serum,bran and liver,and reduce the MDA content.And there was dose-dependent effects.Conclusion] T.matsutake extracting solution had certain anti-aging effects,and the mechanism might had certain relationship with the antioxidation.
