摘    要:目的]明确云南烟区不同土壤环境对K326烤烟主要化学成分的影响。方法]收集云南烟区不同土壤类型条件下种植的K326烤烟,分析主要化学成分含量,比较其差异。结果]上部烟叶淀粉、石油醚提取物、挥发碱、镁、pH、施木克值、糖碱比等在不同土壤类型种植的烟叶中存在0.05水平显著性差异,中部烟叶石油醚提取物、挥发酸、pH等存在0.05水平显著性差异,下部烟叶总糖、还原糖、两糖差、总氮、蛋白质、施木克值、糖碱比、石油醚提取物、挥发酸、钙等存在0.05水平显著性差异。结论]不同土壤类型对K326下部烟叶影响较大,对上部烟叶影响次之,对中部烟叶影响较小。

Effects of Different Soil Type on Tobacco Main Chemical Component of K326 Variety in Yunnan

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to understand the effects of different soil type on tobacco main chemical component of K326 variety in Yunnan.Method] K326 tobacco leaf samples were collected from different soil types in Yunnan.The main chemical component content was analyzed and the difference was compared.Result] There were remarkable differences in the content of starch,petroleum ether extract,volatile base,magnesium,pH,Schmuck value and the ratio of sugar to alkaloid in upper leaf.There were remarkable differences in the content of petroleum ether extract,volatile acid and pH in cutters and total sugar,reducing sugar,the difference between total sugar and reducing sugar,total nitrogen,protein,Schmuck value,the ratio of sugar to alkaloid,petroleum ether extract,volatile acid and calcium in lower leaf.Conclusion] The effects of soil type on tobacco main chemical component to different leaf position was lower leaf > upper leaf > cutters.
