摘    要:目的]研究淹没式膜生物反应器处理稀土氨氮废水的最佳工艺。方法]通过淹没式膜生物反应器的连续运行,重点考察了HRT、DO、C/N比、pH对其运行性能的影响,确定了试验条件下的最佳参数。结果]C/N比和pH对膜生物反应器处理稀土氨氮废水运行效果的影响不大,而HRT和DO的影响较为明显,各因素对氨氮去除率影响的主次关系:DOHRTpHC/N比。正交试验结果表明,系统的最佳运行参数:DO=1.0 mg/L,HRT=8 h,C/N=3.5,pH=7。结论]该研究为工程实际运用提供了依据。

Experiment Study on Treatment for Rare Earth Ammonia Nitrogen Wastewater by Submerged Membrane Bioreactor

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the optimal treatment process for rare earth ammonia nitrogen wastewater by submerged membrane bioreactor.Method] By continuous operation of the submerged membrane bioreactor,influences of HRT,DO,C/N and pH on operation capability were inspected,and the optimal parameter under the experimental condition was determined.Result] C/N and pH had small influence on treatment effect of the rare earth ammonia nitrogen wastewater by submerged membrane bioreactor,while HRT and DO had obvious influence.Primary-secondary relationship of each factor affected removal rate of the ammonia nitrogen was DO>HRT>pH >C/N.Result of the orthogonal test showed that the best operation parameter of the system: DO=1.0 mg/L,HRT=8 h,C/N=3.5,pH=7.Conclusion] The research provided basis for actual engineering application.
