摘    要:利用主成分分析方法,分析了13个谷子品种10个性状的遗传关系。结果表明:株高、穗长、单穗重、千粒重和产量变异系数较大,出谷率和生育期变异系数较小;产量与出谷率、单穗重和穗粒重等呈正相关;前4个主成分对变异的累积贡献率达85.67%。

Abstract:The genetic correlation of 10 traits of 13 millet varieties was analyzed by using the principal component analysis methods.The results showed that the variation coefficients of plant height,ear length,single ear weight,1 000-grain weight and yield were larger,while those of grain rates and growth period were smaller.There was a positive correlation between the yield and grain rate,single ear weight and grain weight per ear.The cumulative contribution rate of four principal components to variance was 85.67%.
