思茅松嫩枝扦插繁殖技术的研究

摘    要:目的]了解思茅松嫩枝扦插繁殖技术。方法]采用不同育苗方式、外源激素和扦插时间进行思茅嫩枝扦插,统计生根率。结果]采用地床扦插穗条的生根率比采用营养袋扦插穗条的生根率高;激素以ABT11000mg/L速蘸方式处理插穗的生根效果较理想,生根率为67.53%;思茅松扦插时间以10月~次年2月较好。结论]不同育苗方式、外源激素和扦插时间的思茅嫩枝扦插生根率有差异,所以应选择合适的技术进行扦插繁殖。

Propagation of Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis by Softwood Cutting

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different treatment on rooting rate of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis.Method]Using different cultivating seedling mode,exogenous hormone and cutting season,the rooting rate of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis was analyzed.Result]The rooting rate of seedbed was higher than that of polythene bagged.The plant hormone of ABT1 1 000 mg/L as one group kept the higher rooting rate which was more than 67.53%.The time from October to February was better for cutting of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis.Conclusion]The rooting rate of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis was different for the different cultivating seedling mode,exogenous hormone and cutting season.Therefore,suitable techniques should be selected during cutting.
