莲子及莲子淀粉对双歧杆菌增殖作用的影响

摘    要:在双歧杆菌基础培养液中添加莲子及莲子淀粉代替原培养基中的葡萄糖,测定培养后双歧杆菌的数量.结果表明:莲子淀粉对双歧杆菌具有增殖效应,且增殖效果接近异麦芽低聚糖;而以不同处理方法制备的3种莲子样品对双歧杆菌不具有增殖效应.

Abstract:In this paper,the proliferation effect of lotus-seed and lotus-seed starch on bifidobacterium was studied.Instead of glucose,the lotus-seed and its starch were added into the basic culture medium of bifidobacterium,then the number of bifidobacterium was determined after cultivating.The result showed that lotus-seed starch had the proliferation effect on bifidobacterium,which was close to isomaltose oligosaccharide.The three lotus-seed samples prepared by different methods did not have the effect.
