甘蓝型油菜耐低硼能力的差异和筛选

摘    要:
用硼饥饿(水培)法对25个甘蓝型油菜品种(系)幼苗期耐低硼能力进行了研究,表明不同品种(系)之间在低硼能力上确定存在明显差异,其中幼苗存活率、单株叶面积、生物学性状总均值可作为筛选的主要依据。

Abstract:
Under the condition of boron starvation and solution culture, the resistance to low boron in twenty five rape (Brassica napus) cultivars in seedling stage were chosen to be identified. The results showed that there were significant differences among cultivars.The viable seedling ratio,leaf area per plant and the average value of biological characters could be a screening basis
