忻城县金银花及其茎、叶中绿原酸含量测定

摘    要:针对忻城县金银花生产地实验检测条件较落后的状况,采用紫外分光光度法对忻城县金银花及其茎、叶中的绿原酸含量进行了测定。实验表明:市售金银花茶和山银花中绿原酸的质量分数分别为6.69%和4.12%;红腺忍冬和贵州忍冬的花、茎、叶中绿原酸的质量分数分别为3.36%、1.99%、6.55%和3.97%、1.37%、4.70%,超过了国家药典规定药用金银花绿原酸最低质量分数1.5%,说明忻城县石灰岩地区的土壤和气候条件适宜种植金银花。用其叶可替代金银花,能够提高药用价值,扩大药用资源。

Abstract:To determine the chlorogenic acid content in flowers,stems and leaves of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq,Lonicera confuse DC and Lonicera pampaininii Levl in Xincheng County by means of ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results showed that the concentrations of chlorogemic acid in the flowers of Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicera confuse DC.on the market were 6.69% and 4.12% in turn,and in the flowers,stems and leaves of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq and Lonicera pampaininii Levl were 3.36%,1.99%,6.55%;3.97%,1.37% and 4.70% respectively.The chlorogenic acid content in Xincheng County's Lonicera was higher than the standard content-1.5%,which is the criterion of Pharmacopeia of the P.R.C.From them we reached the conclusion that the conditions of soil and climate were fit for the Lonicera cultivation in Xincheng Country lied in Limestone region and leaf instead of flower could not only improve the medicinal value but also expand herb resources.
