马铃薯淀粉与醋酸乙烯酯接枝共聚制生物降解淀粉塑料树脂的研究

摘    要:本文以Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6为引发剂,研究了马铃薯淀粉与醋酸乙烯酯接技共聚,制备一种生物降解淀粉塑料树脂的反应规律,其最佳醋酸乙烯脂浓度为2.92mol/L,引发剂浓度为15.19mmol/L,反应温度为45℃,反应时间为120~150min,并探讨了反应机理及动力方程。

Abstract:This paper studied the reaction law of preparing a biodergradable plastic starch resin from the graft copolymerization of vinyl-acetic ester onto potato starch.The results Show thst the optimal concentration of vinyl-acetic ester is 2.92 mol.1 and thst of the initiater is 15.19mmol/1,the most suitable tempreture for reaction is 45℃ and the time span of reaction is 120~150 minuts.The paper also discussed the reaction mechnism and kinetic equation.
