辽宁‘寒富’苹果贮藏后货架期品质变化

该文探讨了辽宁省‘寒富’苹果出库后果实品质的变化。结果表明,贮藏6个月后,常温下,不同产地‘寒富’苹果最佳货架期至少6～9 d,果实平均硬度6.00 kg/cm^2以上,果肉较脆、果汁较多、酸甜适口,时间再长果实便发绵,出库后务必及早销售。可溶性固形物含量在出库后12 d内变化不大,以康平、清河、苏家屯的含量最高,超过12%;庄河、东港最低,为10.4%、10.6%;其他居中。可滴定酸的变化也不大,似有降低的趋势;康平、苏家屯、清河、辽中、义县在0.3%以上、0.4%以下,表现适宜;其他为0.4%以上(含0.4%),有的接近0.5%。

The Shelf-life Quality Change of 'Hanfu' Apples After Storage in Liaoning

This paper discusses the change of fruit quality of ‘Hanfu’ apples in Liaoning province. After 6 months’ storage,the results show that the ‘Hanfu’ apples produced in different regions can keep a best shelf life of at least 6 to 9 days at room temperature. The average hardness is more than 6.00 kg/cm^2 and the flesh is crisp and juicy,sweet and sour taste. Continous longer time will cause a weight loss and flesh floss. They must be sold as early as possible after delivery.Soluble solids content changes little 12 days after EX-warehouse,with the highest content in Kangping,Qinghe and Su Jiatun,more than 12% while Zhuanghe and Donggang are the lowest,with 10.4% and 10.6% among the others. The change of titrable acid is not great,but it seems to decrease,above 0.3% and below 0.4% are suitable content,others above 0.4%(including 0.4%),and some are close to 0.5% in Kangping, Sujiatun, Qinghe,Liaozhong and Yixian.
