水杨酸对菊花绿蕾期叶片中氮素同化及保护酶活力的影响

摘    要:以不同浓度(0、8、10、12 mg/L)的水杨酸溶液对绿蕾期菊花“唐宇金秋”品种进行全株喷雾处理,测定了整个绿蕾期叶片可溶性蛋白含量以及硝酸还原酶(NR)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活力的变化。结果表明:不同浓度的水杨酸均能提高绿蕾期叶片中可溶性蛋白含量以及NR、SOD、POD活力,其中浓度为10~12 mg/L的浓度效果较好。

Abstract:The chrysanthemum was sprayed with the different concentrations of salicylic acid(0,8,10,12 mg/L).Then the changes of the dissoluble protein content,NR activity,SOD activity and POD activity were measured during the entire green bud.The results indicated that all the different concentrations of salicylic acid can increase the dissoluble protein content,NR activity,SOD activity and POD activeity in the leaf,in which the 10~12 mg/L was the best.
