摘    要:目的]建立能量色散X射线荧光(ED-XRF)光谱快速检测配方乳粉中铁和锌的新方法。方法]乳粉样品用70~100 °C去离子水调成浆状,经ED-XFR扫描,标准加入法进行定量。结果]在考察的浓度范围内,方法线性良好,R2>0.999,铁、锌的定量下限分别为5.90 mg/kg和3.43 mg/kg,加标回收率分别为98.88%~102.7%和99.66%~102.9%,相对标准偏差分别0.38%~1.12%和0.22%~0.75%。结论]该方法样品处理简单,定量快速、准确,为使用ED-XRF光谱技术进行配方乳粉的质量控制与监测提供了有价值的借鉴。

Abstract:Objective:A new method for rapid determination of iron and zinc in formula milk powder by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence(ED-XRF)spectroscopy was established. Methods:The powder samples were made into slurry with 70~100 ℃ deionized water,scanned by ED-XFR,and quantified by standard addition method.Results:Good linearity of the method was obtained and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999,the lower limit of quantification of iron and zinc were 5.90 mg/kg and 3.43 mg/kg,respectively,the recoveries of iron and zinc were 98.88%~102.74% and 99.66%~102.88%,and their relative standard deviations were 0.38%~1.12% and 0.22%~0.75%,respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and provides valuable reference for quality control and monitoring of formula milk powder by using ED-XRF spectroscopy.
