白僵菌生产工艺规范化技术的研究

摘    要:通过对白僵菌不同工艺技术生产菌粉产孢量比较研究 ,筛选出工艺规范化生产各环节的最优组合技术参数 ,提出二级液体 (7%麦皮煮出液 )和三级固体培养基 (麦皮∶谷壳 =9∶1)及其液固接种量 (1∶1)最适配方 ,并确定前 3d三级固体开放培养发酵最适温度为 18~ 2 2℃、相对湿度为 95 %~ 10 0 % ,还总结出以二级液体振荡培养 6 0h接种 ,三级固体发酵培养 7~10d ,可获得最优质的菌粉 ,平均含孢量达 2 0 0× 10 8个·g-1以上 ,缩短生产周期 1/3 ,降低生产成本 ,增加菌厂经济收益 ,为菌厂大量生产提供参数依据。

Abstract:The optimal combination technique parameters of various links in the technological standardization production were selected through the comparative study.The second grade liquid media with 7% of bran decoction,the third grade solid media with the proportion of bran:chaff=9∶1,and the optimum formulation of their inoculum concentration (1∶1) were put forward.The best temperature (18~22℃) and relative humidity (95%~100%)were determined for the third-grade solid open culture fermentation for the first three days.It was also summarized that the optimal quality Beauveria bassiana powder with 200×10 8 spores per g could be obtained by shakily culturing the second grade liquid media for 60 hours and then inoculating it and by fermentatively culturing the third grade solid media for 7~ 10 days,the productive cycle was shortened by 1/3,the productive cost was reduced,the economic benefit of B. bassiana was increased,and the parameter basis was provided for the mass production in the factory.
