| 摘 要： | 青杨楔天牛(SaperdapopulneaLinnaeus)是新疆维吾尔自治区杨树(Populusspp.)的主要蛀干性害虫。在调查青杨楔天牛的过程中发现了在虫瘿内自然感病死亡的天牛幼虫,从感病幼虫体上分离培养的细菌经鉴定为链球菌属(StreptococcusRosebach)的一种细菌。据国外有关资料报道,属于链球菌属的普鲁东球菌(StreptococcusplutonBaileyetCollins)是蜜蜂(Apissp.)的专性病原体,是引起欧洲腐蛆病(Europeanfoulbrood)的原因。粪链球菌(Strep tococcusfaecalisAndrewesetHorder)在蜜蜂等数种昆虫的肠管内也常存在。舞毒蛾(LymantriadisparL.)幼虫体内…

| Abstract: | The article describes the culture character and others major features of a pathogenic bacteria obtained from the larvae of Saperda populnea. The bacteria was identified as Streptococcs sp. The test to the larvae showed that the bacteria was pathogenic to the larvae of Saperda populnea and had higher pathogenicity. |
