| Abstract: | The typicality and particularity of two-difficult paradox between the economic development and environment protection in the hydropower development of Nujiang River were deeply analyzed.Based on studying the relationship between the economic development and environment protection,some countermeasures and suggestions for realizing the double wins of economic development and environment protection in the water energy resource exploitation of Nujiang River under the premise of protection were ut forward. |
