餐厨垃圾的厌氧消化技术现状分析

摘    要:本文结合国内外现阶段的研究成果,介绍了提高餐厨垃圾厌氧消化产气量的研究,并结合近年来研究热点,对两级法厌氧消化工艺和整体一级法消化工艺进行了初步的比较.同时,从生态、经济、能源的角度进行了餐厨垃圾厌氧消化工艺与好氧堆肥工艺比较,对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化技术的规模化应用提出了今后的研究方向.

Abstract:The paper summed up the researches on anaerobic digestion of kitchen wastes and enhancement of methane production from the waste. Comparison of two-phase and single-phase digestion was made. And anaerobic and aerobic composting in the treatment were also compared in the aspects of ecology, economy and energy. Future researches were proposed for industrial applications.
