| 摘 要： | 试验分析发现,接种了草鱼"四联"疫苗的试验组与未接种疫苗的对照组相比,试验组草鱼的"四病"发病率比对照组低,且差异显著,试验组的成活率与平均单产比对照组分别高26.13个百分点、7555.1kg/hm2。试验结果表明:接种草鱼出血病冻干细胞疫苗与细菌性"三联"灭活疫苗可有效地提高草鱼对"四病"的抵御能力,是提高草鱼成活率、单位产量及养殖效益的有效措施。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the prevention effect of hemorrhage freeze-dried cell vaccine and triple-inactivated vaccine in the intensive rearing of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus),the incidence of"four-diseases"in grass carp in trial group(inoculation with four-vaccines) and in control group(without inoculation) was compared.The results showed that the incidence of"four-diseases"in grass carp in trial group was significantly lower than that in control group(P <0.05),and the survival rate and average yield per unit area of grass carp in trial group were 26.13 percent and 7555.1 kg/hm2 higher than those in control group respectively.So we conclude that vaccination with hemorrhage freeze-dried cell vaccine and triple-inactivated vaccine is the effective way to enhance the immunity,increase the survival ratio and raise the average yield of grass carp. |
