| 摘 要： | 为了研究延边黄牛黄体中抗凋亡因子(Cellular FLICE-like inhibitory protein:cFLIP)的变化情况及其与细胞凋亡的关系,本实验采用免疫染色方法,观察cFLIP在延边黄牛周期黄体中的表达变化,并从组织化学角度分析了cFLIP作为抗凋亡因子参与延边黄牛的黄体退化。

| Abstract: | To study the expression of cellular FLICE inhibitory protein(cFLIP),anti-apoptotic protein,and the relationship with cellular apoptosis in the corpus luteum(CL) of Yanbian yellow cattle,the immunostaining method was used to observe cFLIP expression changes in corpus luteum(CL) during estrous cycle in Yanbian yellow cattle.The process that cFLIP participated in Yanbian yellow cattle corpus luteum regression as an anti-apoptosis factor was also analyzed based on histochemistry view. |
