| 摘 要： | 文章以云南烟叶灾害保险费率为研究对象,根据保费率研究理论,假设旱灾、洪涝、冰雹、风灾和病虫害的公顷均受灾、成灾和绝收产量相等,且符合均匀分布函数;假设烟叶产量符合线性分布函数,进而建立灾害受灾程度与烟叶产量损失的线性函数。利用云南开展现代烟草农业以来的灾害数据,以及云南现代烟草农业的种植面积、产量,最后得出云南全省现代烟草农业的保费率是5.30%,该数值与云南各地采用的费率数值基本相当。
