延边地区梨品种抗寒性研究

摘    要:
2004~2005年对延边地区不同梨品种的抗寒性及可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质等渗透调节物质和束缚水/自由水比值进行了研究.结果表明,不同梨品种的相对电导率和伤害率与温度呈极显著负相关,依据回归系数b值的大小,得到梨树品种抗寒性由强到弱的顺序为大香水>秋子梨>南果梨>早酥梨>小香水>谢花甜>苹果梨.

Abstract:
Differences of cold resistance in different pear varieties and their soluble sugar,free proline,soluble protein contents and bound water/free water were detected from 2004 to 2005 in Yanbian area.The results showed that the relationship between relative electric conductance and injury ratio and temperature presented obviously negative correlation.The cold resistance sequence of the pear varieties was Daxiangshui>Shanli>Nanguoli>Zaosuli>Xiaoxiangshui>Xiehuatian>Pingguoli by the b value.
