摘    要:在多点模上对三维马鞍形曲面的成形进行了实验,得出不同厚度下L2Y2铝板成形的极限值及回弹值,并分析了影响成形极限及回弹的因素。结果表明,逐次成形是提高我点模成形成形极限的重要手段,领域内反复成形和压力是取得制件理想尺寸的有效方法。

Abstract:The forming experiments of a three dimensional, saddle shape curved surface were carried out on a multipoint die. The limit and rebound values of a L2Y2 aluminium sheet at various thicknesses were obtained during forming process. The influencing factors on forming limit and rebound were analyzed. The results showed that progressive forming was an effective measure to improve forming limit value in a multipoint molding process and repeatedly forming and increasing force in an adjacent area were efficient to obtain a desirable dimension of a forming object.
