摘    要:工业废水中排放的酚类物质对人体和环境都有很大的毒害作用,从湖北省武汉市某化工厂排放的污水中筛选分离到1株高效降解苯酚菌株BM1,该菌株能以苯酚为唯一碳源生长,能在48 h内将初始浓度为500 mg/L苯酚完全降解。对BM1进行了16S rDNA序列分析,结果表明:BM1菌株可能为琼氏不动杆菌(Acinetobacter julii)。

Abstract:The phenolic compounds in industrial wastewater discharge had great poisoning effect on human health and the environment.A strain BM1 was isolated from wastewater around a chemical plant in Wuhan city,Hubei province.Strain BM1 used phenol as sole carbon and could entirely degrade 500 mg/L phenol within 48 hours after inoculation.Based on the sequence analysis of the 16S rDNA gene,strain BM1 was identified as Acinetobacter julii.
