| 摘 要： | 藜麦(Chenopodium quinoa)为藜科(Chenopodiaceae)藜属(Chenopodium)的1年生草本植物,原产于南美洲的安第斯山脉,以其极高的营养价值和多种开发利用价值近年来引起人们的普遍关注。2014年,在青海西宁、乌兰、德令哈和格尔木市进行了适应性种植,长势良好,丰收在望。

| Abstract: | Chenopodium quinoa（ quinoa）,an annual herb of multiple species belonging to the genus Chenopodium,is native to the Andes in South America. Because of quinoa＇s high nutrient value and many uses,it has attracted extensive research. They are experimental planting which have grown well and will an abundant harvest of the Yield in Xining,Wulan,Delingha and Geermu in 2014. |
