不同钙磷水平对五龙鹅生产性能及血浆和胫骨生化指标的影响

摘    要:选用1日龄健康五龙鹅雏,采用4×2二因子设计研究饲粮中不同钙磷水平对0~4周龄五龙鹅生产性能、血浆钙磷含量和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性以及胫骨灰分及钙磷含量的影响.结果表明:①不同钙水平对五龙鹅体增重及料重比影响显著(P<0.05);对饲料消耗影响极显著(P<0.01);饲粮钙水平为0.65%时的体增重最高,料重比最低,饲料消耗最高;不同磷水平对体增重、饲料消耗影响显著(P<0.05),但对料重比无影响;钙磷间的交互作用对体增重、饲料消耗及料重比影响显著(P<0.05).②不同钙水平对血浆钙含量影响极显著(P<0.01),当饲粮钙水平为0.65%时血钙最高,对血浆磷含量影响不显著(P>0.05),对血浆AKP活性影响显著(P<0.05),以0.65%钙水平的AKP活性最低;不同磷水平对血浆钙含量影响显著(P<0.05),对血浆磷含量影响极显著(P<0.01),对血浆AKP活性影响不显著(P>0.05);钙磷间的交互作用对血浆钙磷水平及AKP活性影响极显著(P<0.01).③不同钙水平对胫骨粗灰分及钙含量影响显著(P<0.05),以0.65%钙水平时的灰分及钙含量最高,对胫骨磷含量影响不显著(P>0.05);不同磷水平对胫骨粗灰分含量影响极显著(P<0.01),对胫骨钙磷含量影响显著(P<0.05);钙磷互作对胫骨灰分及钙磷含量影响极显著(P<0.01).

Abstract:A experiment involved 8 dietary treatments with 3 repeats, 42 (CaP) factorial arrangement, consisting of 4 levels of calcium (0.65%,0.75%,0.85%,0.95%) and 2 levels of phosphorus (0.30%,0.40%) was conducted to study the effects of different calcium and phosphorus levels on the production, plasma calcium and phosphorus contents and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activity ,and tibia crude ash (CA), calcium and phosphorus contents in 0~4 weeks Wulong Geese . The results were as follows: The influences of different levels of calcium on the body weight gains (BWG) and feed/gain(F/G) were significant (P<0.05),and that on the feed consumption(FC) was very significant (P<0.01),the BWG and FC were high and F/G was low when the dietary level of calcium was 0.65%. The influences of different levels of phosphorus on the BWG and FC were significant (P<0.05),but no influence on F/G.The interaction of calcium and phosphorus influenced the BWG, FC and F/G significantly (P<0.05).The effects of different levels of calcium on the plasma calcium contents and AKP activity were significant (P<0.05),but that on the plasma phosphorus contents was not significant (P>0.05).The various levels of phosphorus influenced the plasma calcium and phosphorus contents significantly (P<0.05),but did not influence AKP activity. The interaction of calcium and phosphorus influenced the plasma calcium and phosphorus contents and AKP activity significantly (P<0.05).The influences of different levels of calcium on CA and calcium contents of tibia were significant (P<0.05),but that on the tibia phosphorus contents was not significant (P>0.05).The tibia CA and calcium contents were high when the dietary calcium level was 0.65%. The various levels of phosphorus influenced the tibia CA , calcium and phosphorus contents significantly (P<0.05).The interaction of calcium and phosphorus influenced the tibia CA,calcium and phosphorus contents significantly (P<0.01).
