| 摘 要： | 地理标志是当今世界知识产权保护普遍关注的一大热点。湘鄂渝黔民族自治地方（5个自治州与24个自治县），具有丰富的地理标志资源与文化遗产资源，实施国家质检总局地理标志产品保护的有28种，注册了国家工商行政管理局的地理标志商标17件，登记了农业部的农产品地理标志有12种。该文从地理标志产品、地理标志商标、农产品地理标志等方面，介绍该民族地区地理标志知识产权保护进展，并建议加强对民族文化遗产资源的挖掘，实现地理标志与文化遗产（尤其是非物质文化遗产、农业文化遗产）的双重保护等。

| Abstract: | Geographical indications is a hot topic of the world＇s intellectual property protection. There are a lot of the geographical indications resources in the multi - national area of Hunan, Hubei, Chongqing and Guizhou. This article describes the present protection situation of geographical indications of the multinational area, and puts forward the pointed proposals. |
