| 摘 要： | 在杜仲(Eucommia ulmoidesOliv.)叶和皮的次生代谢物中,绿原酸(chlorogenic acid)是一种重要的生物活性物质和化学试剂。通过对15年树龄的光皮杜仲树皮和叶片中绿原酸含量的分析,发现绿原酸含量在叶和皮中的差异较大,同一棵树在同一时期,叶中绿原酸的含量较皮中高。4~11月绿原酸含量叶中平均为2.656%,皮中平均为0.301%。

| Abstract: | In Cortex leaf and bark,there is rich content of leather secondary metabolite and the chlorogenic acid is an important biological active substance and chemical reagent.The research on chlorogenic acid was so much,but the study on the content of chlorogenic acid in leafand bark was comparatively less.In this text the analysis of the content of chlorogenic acid in the leaf and bark of smooth leather Cortex with 15 years old was carried out and the result indicated the content of green original acid differed greatly in the leaf and peel.In same tree,the content of chlorogenic acid in leaf was higher than that in bark.The content of chlorogenic acid in leaf and bark was 1.03% and 0.427%,respectively. |
