论高校农业综合试验站在乡村振兴中的地位和作用——以安徽农业大学农业综合试验站为例

高校农业综合试验站作为高校服务地方的桥梁和纽带,在产业振兴、技术推广、人才振兴、文化振兴、组织振兴等方面做出了突出贡献。具体表现为:试验站是推动产业振兴的重要载体、是助力人才振兴的重要阵地、是区域乡村治理的重要基地。综合试验站的建设不仅有效破解了区域乡村振兴过程中人才资源短缺、产业发展乏力、农业技术落后、制度体系不健全等难题,并且进一步解决了新农科人才培养中存在的一系列难题,在服务乡村振兴战略中取得了较为显著的阶段性成效。安徽农业大学农业综合试验站的实践探索对于服务现代"三农"发展,赋能乡村振兴起到了显著作用。

On the Status and Role of the College Comprehensive Agricultural Experiment Station in Rural Revitalization:Taking the Station of Anhui Agricultural University as an Example
