中国苹果产业组织结构、行为和绩效分析

苹果产业在中国农业中占有重要地位。本文运用SCP分析框架,从市场集中度、进退壁垒、产品差异性和产业中基本竞争力量等角度考察了中国苹果产业结构,从价格和非价格因素分析了中国苹果产业市场行为,并运用成本、价格和利润指标评价了中国苹果产业绩效,最后,提出充分发挥政府和合作社的作用、加强苹果产业价值链管理、优化品种和提高差异化程度等组织政策。

The Structure-conduct-performance Analysis of Chinese Apple Industry

Apple industry takes an important part in Chinese agriculture. This article apply scp analytical framework, looking into the market concentration\advance and retreat barricade\otherness of the production\the basic competitive power and other point of view to observe Chinese apple industry structure. It analyses Chinese apple industry action with price and nonprice factors. It also apply cost\price and profit index to evaluate the industry performance of Chinese apple industry. In the end,the article finds some organization policy such as to give full play to the government and the cooperative, to strengthen the industry value chain management, to optimize the variety, to enhance the differentiation level and so on.
