大型剪切型混合罐的流场仿真与分析

摘    要:为了考察大型混合罐内的液体流动特征,该文采用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法、利用ANSYS13.0软件,选用标准k-ε模型和多重参考系法,研究大型剪切型混合罐内的流体力学特性,获取大尺度混合罐内的压力、速度、湍流耗散率等参数及液体流动特征,并通过可视化试验验证了混合罐内流体的流动情况。研究结果表明,随着叶轮转速的增加,混合罐内的负压区扩大且压差增大,液体流速增大,使混合罐内的湍流作用增强,高剪切装置内及附近区域的能量耗散率非常高且集中,说明在这些区域内的混合效果显著。研究结果可为此类工业用混合罐的优化设计提供参考。

Abstract:The flow field in large shear-type mixing tank has been investigated by using computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method.The flow type,pressure,velocity and turbulent dissipation rate in a mixing tank are simulated using ANSYS13.0 with standard k-εturbulence model and multiple reference frame method(MRF).It was found that negative pressure zone was expanded and liquid flow rate increased as impeller speed increased.The turbulence was enhanced and energy dissipation rate was high and concentrated in the area of high shearing device.The simulation results showed that fluid mixed significantly in the high shearing device.The results provided a reference for optimization design of the industrial mixing tank.
