| Abstract: | The evaluation and classification of Sci-Tech Periodicals have had long before. With the advancing of reformation, many companies carried out some policies with their own standard for prize and professional title evaluation. Holding artificial classification to Sci-Tech Periodicals usually puzzled periodical workers who even worked for a long time. Therefore, it's necessary to make it clear so that periodical workers can give leaders, readers and writers correct answers related to periodical issues. |
