| 摘 要： | 利用1996～2006年石家庄市统计数据,运用主成分分析方法,结合实地调查,分析了石家庄市农村居民点用地变化的驱动力。结果表明,石家庄市农村居民点用地扩展超标是经济快速发展与政策控制不力等宏观因素和农户追求自身利益最大化行为等微观因素共同作用的结果。针对性地提出了强化用地控制、开展节约用地和守法意识教育等农村居民点用地管理的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The driving force of rural residential land use change was analyzed with the method of principle component analysis in Shijiazhuang region,based on 1996-2006 statistics data and combined with field survey in the paper.The results showed that:the region’s excessive expansion of rural residential land resulted from the macroeconomic indicators such as rapid economic development and inefficient policy control,and the microscopic factor of the farmers’ pursuit of their own maximum interests.The paper proposed some residential land management recommendations such as strengthening land use control,carrying out awareness education of economizing land and law-abiding and so on. |
