Reflections on the Libraries of Elementary and Middle Schools in the Poverty-stricken Areas

An Elementary or Middle Schools library is an essential cause to ensure the effective education for schools for the youth and children.It＇s an important institution for school education,teaching,education reform and scientific research services.This paper briefly outlines the status of school libraries in the poverty-stricken rural areas of China,analyses the problems in the development of it,and then proposes the development of countermeasures and suggestions.
