| 摘 要： | 伴随着互联网信息技术的快速发展,移动阅读正在改变着人们的阅读习惯和阅读方式,笔者从共性上探讨了如何让移动阅读有效地推动全民阅读。通过对秦皇岛市移动阅读开展条件的调查,提出了侧重历史文化、旅游文化并服务于智慧城市建设的秦皇岛市移动阅读推广平台建设方案。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of Internet and information technologies, mobile reading has been changing people’s reading habits and mode. This paper intended to discuss how to effectively advance nationwide reading from general characters. Through the research on the current situation of mobile reading developing conditions in Qinhuangdao, it put forward a construction scheme on mobile reading promotion platform that served the construction of Smart City with the emphasis on the historical culture and tourism culture. |
