| 摘 要： | 以玉米秸秆为原料研究化学预浸与机械磨浆相结合生产包装材料试验结果表明,玉米秸秆的最佳预处理条件为:浸渍液浓度1.5%,蒸养温度100℃,保温45min,其纸浆得率为67.8%;制浆过程中产生的废液全部循环回用,实现了洁净生产。 |

| Abstract: | Taking corn straw as raw material,processing packaging materials by chemical presoaking combined mechanical refining methods was studied. The results showed that the best conditions of heating steam curing:solution concentration 1.5%,temperature 100 ℃,heat preservation time 45 minutes. The pulp yield was 67.8%. All the waste liquor in the process was recycled to reach the goal of cleaner production. |
