| 摘 要： | 针对村镇信息化建设中存在的问题，提出了村镇信息化系统的设计原则，介绍了WebGIS的技术体系，探讨并设计了基于WebGIS的村镇信息化系统的体系结构和数据库模型，并在此基础上实现了村镇信息化原型系统。

| Abstract: | According to the existing problems in information construction of villages and townships, the design principle of information system for villages and townships was proposed. The technology system of WebGIS was introduced. And the system structure and database model based on WebGIS were designed. Based on which, a prototype system based on WebGIS was finally implemented. |
