小麦对麦红吸浆虫生化抗性机制的研究

摘    要:1995~2002年,在田间虫圃对1254份小麦品种(系)损失率鉴定结果的基础上,对17份小麦品种(系)总酚、单宁、可溶性糖含量进行了测定。结果表明,酚类、单宁类物质是小麦抗麦红吸浆虫两种很重要的次生代谢物,而酚类物质尤为重要,随抗性级别的不同,其诱导抗性效应不同。可溶性糖对抗性影响不大。

Abstract:On the basis of field insect plot appraisal, the biochemical mechanisms of the resistance to wheat midge of 17 wheat varieties/lines (Sitodiplosis mosellana Gehin) were studied by chemical analysis methods to explore the possible factors contributing to wheat midge resistance. Total phenols, tannins, soluble sugar were the main factors of wheat resistance to wheat midge, their rather strong effects appeared at early filling stage. Total phenols was the more important factor of the three. Total phenols and tannins were the substanes of wheat induced resistance to wheat midge, while soluble sugar had no relation to induced resistance.
