| 摘 要： | 随着集体林权制度改革的全面推进，更多林农将独立承担起经营林业的各种风险，如何让林农在面对自然灾害的时候，不至于断了经济来源，江西省于2007年10月在全省26个县启动了政策性林木火灾保险试点工作。对林木火灾保险制度在江西省的试点情况进行调查与分析，以期对后续森林保险制度的建立提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | As the further reform of the system of collective forest rights, more forest farmers will bear the risks of forestry operations. How to get forest farmers, when they are in the face of natural disasters, to avoid cutting off their economic income and how to avoid losing their capacity of reconstruction and the restoration after the disasters. Jiangxi Province has kicked off policy-related forest five insurance piloting in 26 counties in Octoker 2007. The author carried out investigation and study on the forest fire insurance system piloting in the collective forest rights reform in Jiangxi Province, with a view to provide some references for the follow-up establishment of forest insurance system. |
