摘    要:秸秆作为农作物的主要副产品,是一种重要的可再生资源,利用微生物的降解能力,将秸秆转化为动物 可利用的饲料,对于解决人畜争粮具有重大意义,首先分析了秸秆的结构特点及其作为饲料的限制因素,然后详细 论述了可用于秸秆处理的微生物的种类及其作用,重点介绍了微生物菌种的选择,比较了不同发酵工艺的特点,最 后,分析了目前微生物处理秸秆存在的问题与解决方向,以期为深入开发秸秆饲料提供理论参考。

Research advances in microbial bioconversion of straw feed
Abstract:Straw, as the main byproduct of crops, is an important kind of renewable resource. There are a large number of microorganisms that can degrade straw, therefore, bioconversion of straw into available animals feed using the microorganisms has great significance for solving the contradiction about man and livestock''s fight for grain. Firstly, the structure characteristics of straw and the disadvantages of straw feed were analyzed. Secondly, the species of microorganisms used in straw degradation and their roles in the process were detailed, then the choice of microorganisms and the features of different fermentation methods were compared. Finally, the problems during the biodegradation and the direction to solve them were expounded, to provide a theoretical reference for exploitation and utilization of straw.
