| Abstract: | With the approaching of the globalization era, cross-cultural communication competence is to become more and more important because different nations have different cultures. This paper probes the implication and content of cross-cultural communication competence, and makes some suggestions on how to cultivate people＇s intercultural communication competence on the basis of analyzing the main factors that cause communication barriers. |
