东北刺人参对失血性贫血小鼠的补血作用研究

[目的]为东北刺人参的临床应用提供科学依据。[方法]采用眼眶静脉取血法制造失血性贫血小鼠模型,然后用0.5、1.0、2.0g/ml东北刺人参水煎液对小鼠进行灌胃处理,研究不同处理对小鼠外周血红细胞数、白细胞数及血红蛋白含量的影响。[结果]造模使小鼠外周血红细胞数和白细胞数减少,血红蛋白含量降低;东北刺人参水煎液灌胃处理后,小鼠外周血红细胞数、白细胞数及血红蛋白含量均有不同程度的升高,其中1.0 g/ml东北刺人参水煎液对失血性贫血小鼠的补血作用最明显。[结论]东北刺人参具有一定的补血作用。

Study on Enriching Blood Effect of Oplopanax elatus Nakai on Posthemorrhagic Anemia Mice
