| 摘 要： | 城郊农村城市化、农民市民化推动了城市和农村的现代化发展,但是因此引发的农民权益的缺失却也是不容忽视的,包括被虚置的自我选择权、不公平的补偿标准、混乱的分配、虚无的生活保障。这些权益急需加以保护,否则将大大影响农村现代化的进程。

| Abstract: | The losses of the suburban farmers' rights shouldn't be neglected although urbanization and citizenization push the modernization of city and countryside forward. The losses are the neglected freedom, the unfair standard of compensation, the confused distribution and neglected life insurance. These rights need to be protected in order not holding up the modernization of countryside. |
