| 摘 要： | 研究了壳聚糖添加助剂涂膜对采后草莓品质和生理的影响，结果表明：0.5%壳聚糖添加助剂涂膜可明显延缓果实维生素C含量的降低，减少腐烂，抑制草莓呼吸强度、内源乙烯释放量和MDA含量，提高SOD活性。

| Abstract: | Physiology and quality of strawberry fruits chitosan coating with appendix(tobacco extracting) were investigated. Vc content and SOD activity of the strawberry fruits chitosan coating with appendix were higher than the that of chitosan coating alone or control, while its decaying rate, respiration rate, released C 2H 4 and MDA content were lower than that of chitosan coating alone or control. |
