| 摘 要： | 摘 要:本实验以期为以后的野生茄子通过组织培养批量生产提供适合的激素配比；通过调节MS培养基中BA-NAA的配比对野生茄子愈伤组织进行培养,研究其在不同激素浓度下愈伤组织的出芽率,实验结果表明：MS+BA3mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L的配比为最佳。

| Abstract: | Abstract: This experiment with a view to the future of wild eggplant through tissue culture provide a suitable volume ratio of hormones; by adjusting the MS in BA-NAA medium the ratio of wild eggplant calli were cultured to study the hormone concentrations in different callus organization''s budding rate, experimental results show that: MS + BA3mg / L + NAA0.2mg / L the ratio of the best. |
