玉米芯中提取木聚糖的研究

摘    要:通过单因素及正交试验对从玉米芯中提取木聚糖的工艺条件进行了优化,得出最佳工艺如下:NaOH溶液的浓度为15%,固液比1∶20,90℃浸提90 min,离心,将上清夜pH值调到5.0,静置过夜,离心得到木聚糖A,再将上清液用3倍体积95%的工业酒精沉淀60 min得木聚糖B,在上述条件下木聚糖提取率为28.5%.

Abstract:The extraction of xylan from corn cob was studied by single factor search and orthogonal experiments designation.The optimal technology of extraction was showed as a concentration of NaOH 15 %,solid-liquid ratio 1∶20,90 ℃ for 90 minutes,the remaining insoluble material was separated by centrifugation,the extract was deposited for overnight after acidifying with acetic acid to pH 5.0,then gained precipitate(xylan A) by centrifugation,the centrifugal liquid was pour into three volumes of ethanol.The precipitate formed was xylan B,and the yield of xylan could be reached 28.5 %.
